Refund policy
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@efficientglam.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Efficientglam does not cover the return fee. Please keep proof of return just in case needed. we would like to make the return easy for you. With a link to additional informations, customers can either ship with us, which is more cost-effective, or ship on their own. If customers return items on their own, it will take longer to refund and receive items.

Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or change your order because we start working on your order as soon as it is placed to get it out on time.
